Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services using pressure washing equipment across various facilities. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all cleaning projects meet company standards and client expectations. The Pressure Washer Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of commercial and industrial properties through expert use of power tools and cleaning techniques.
Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, machinery, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to perform detailed cleaning tasks
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support ongoing operations
- Perform heavy lifting of equipment or materials up to specified weight limits to facilitate cleaning processes
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or damage
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project scope, progress, and completion status
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper storage of tools and supplies after each job
- Assist with other custodial or maintenance duties as assigned to support overall facility upkeep
Experience
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and pressure washing equipment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to pressure washing operations
- Excellent time management skills to complete projects within scheduled timeframes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during work assignments
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Driver’s Licenses is a requirement
