Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Job Overview
MGR Workforce is currently hiring an experienced Order Picker Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse distribution center specializing in office products and stationery supplies. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who have previous order picker forklift experience and are committed to working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Operate an Order Picker forklift to retrieve products from elevated warehouse racking.
- Accurately pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Load, unload, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-operational inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following picking procedures and scanning products correctly.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following warehouse safety standards.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, replenishment, and other warehouse duties as required.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Valid Order Picker Forklift Certification and Fall protection (current certification required).
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
- Comfortable working at heights while operating an order picker.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to work the afternoon shift.
- Ability to work overtime if required.
- Must have own STEEL TOES and Safety Vest
- $23.00 per hour (bi-weekly payout in bank account)
- Monday to Friday schedule
