Experienced Waterproofer – Commercial & Industrial Construction

What You'll Do
- Install hot rubberized and blindside waterproofing systems.
- Prepare surfaces and complete detailed waterproofing installations.
- Apply primers, membranes, drainage boards, and protection boards.
- Safely operate kettles and waterproofing equipment.
- Install cold-applied and spray-applied waterproofing systems (an asset).
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
- Work closely with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to deliver high-quality results.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of waterproofing experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
- Proven experience with hot rubberized waterproofing systems.
- Experience with blindside waterproofing is considered a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of waterproofing products, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
- Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
