Job Overview
We are seeking very experienced and reliable painting subcontractors (1-3crew) to join our team for various painting projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse job sites, including partial and full residential repaints on interiors and exteriors as well as refinishing decks and some commercoal work. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in all aspects of painting and drywall repair and the use of hand and power tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service with the expectation of customers leaving 5 star reviews. As a subcontractor, you will operate independently while adhering to project specifications, overseen by the owner or a PM and complying to safety standards and our strict quality protocols.
Duties
- 100% customer service for delivering a professional painting service From A-Z on every single job.
- Execute residential and commercial painting using appropriate techniques such as scraping, sanding, caulking, mudding, priming and painting (Brush, roll, spray)
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for various tasks including rigging, sanding, and finishing
- Ensure quality finishes
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines
- Maintain a very clean work environment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry and painting.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude toward client interactions
