Manufacturing Manager
Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production activities within a highly specialized precision manufacturing environment. The organization supports industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and advanced optics, delivering complex components and assemblies that require strict quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met on time and within budget
- Coordinate with department leaders to align manufacturing activities and priorities
- Analyze production and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 50+ employees
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow planning

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in production management, business administration, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience analyzing production data and driving performance improvements
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and quality standards
