What You’ll Do
As a Barista at En Chimnies, you’ll do much more than make coffee—you’ll help create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Coffee
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages.
- Dial in espresso and maintain consistent coffee quality throughout the day.
- Steam milk confidently and create clean, beautiful latte art.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient coffee station.
Guest Experience
- Deliver warm, genuine, and memorable customer service.
- Recommend drinks and desserts that fit each guest.
- Help create the welcoming atmosphere En Chimnies is known for.
Creativity & Innovation
- Stay up to date with the latest café, coffee, and social media trends.
- Help develop exciting seasonal drinks and limited-time specials.
- Experiment with new flavours, ingredients, and presentation.
- Create beverages that surprise guests and become social media favourites.
- Bring fresh ideas that keep our menu exciting and unique.
Teamwork
- Prepare our signature Chimney Cakes and desserts when needed.
- Support teammates throughout the store—we work as one team.
- Thrive during busy service while maintaining exceptional quality.
