Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join their team. They are a well-established security services company operating across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. They have been in business for nearly 10 years and are growing nationally. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding their client base, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization through strategic outreach, market analysis, and effective communication. The Business Development Executive will utilize skills in negotiation, project management, and marketing to achieve company goals and enhance brand presence.

What You Will Be Doing
- Finding and reaching out to potential business clients across Canada
- Managing the sales process from first contact to signed contract
- Building relationships with clients and keeping them long term
- Making presentations and negotiating deals
- Meeting and exceeding your sales targets
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Comfortable with B2B sales and talking to business decision-makers
- Someone who can find their own leads and close deals without being micromanaged
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience in security, facilities, or a related services industry is a plus but not required.
