Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible to take the flight set up information for the purpose of scheduling incoming aircraft
- Attend to the needs of pilots, passengers and other customers prior to, during and following up on flights
- Coordinate all aircraft related services, such as hotel reservations, catering, fueling and power requirements, transportation of the crew, and general declarations for Customs
- Responsible for general office duties such as answering the telephone, inputting information, doing a daily deposit, etc
- Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance office efficiency and service to our customers
- Ensure the FBO facility is always prepared for customers visits; special requests from customers are set up and light cleaning duties
- Maintains cash drawer and accurately tracks expenses and credit card by taking customer payments and balancing the drawer daily
- Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance FBO efficiency for the customers and company
Your Skills:
- Must have excellent customer service skills with proven ability to multi-task in challenging situations
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in an Fixed Based Operation (FBO) facility environment
- Make operational decisions and support team members
- Computer literacy is a requirement - experience with MS Word and Excel
- Strong ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
- Driver’s License
Your Experience:
- Previous aviation or airline experience considered an asset
- 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service or related field
