We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill a part time, permanent, entry-level position, providing 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. Comprehensive, on-site training will be provided for all new staff. Pay structure is based on hours worked and training completed. A comprehensive insurance benefits package option is offered after one year of service.
Applicants with prior childcare experience are preferred. Students in the process of Behavioural Sciences, Child & Youth Worker or Early Childhood Education programs are also welcome to apply. The candidate chosen will be working in a stimulating team environment at our centre located in Keswick, Ontario.

Qualifications and Skills
- Considered an asset (but not required):
Diploma or Degree in Child and Youth Work, Behavioural Sciences, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline — either completed or currently being completed
- Experience with children who have autism or other additional needs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Access to internet/text message on a regular basis
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in an upbeat team environment
- Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic personality
- Responsible and organized
- The successful candidate must have a valid Ontario driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Vulnerable Sector Screening will be required if selected
- ABA experience is an asset but not a necessity
