Workforce Inc. is seeking motivated and physically fit General Labourers to support our clients’ mining operations. The successful candidate will perform a variety of manual tasks to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the mine site.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, and general upkeep of the mine site
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment
- Assist with the movement of heavy machinery and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve the goals of the mine site
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy loads
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially hazardous environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow directions
- Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Prior experience in manual labour or the mining industry is an asset
- Valid G class drivers licence and reliable transportation is required
Schedule: 7/7, 12-hour shifts, days and nights
Pay Rate: $30 per hour + km based travel allowance
