This position is a hybrid role between both sales and credit departments reporting to the Sr Originations Manager. Your main responsibility will be assisting the funding flow of working capital applications, data entry for those applications and continuously improving the process to maximize efficiency and keeping turn around times low. This position requires the candidate to be bilingual in French and English. Due to the hybrid nature of this role, you need to be adaptable within communications and demonstrate high personality through professionalism. Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Submission Process :
Perform administrative tasks related to the submission of a funding file and proceed with data entry, if applicable.
Audit all documentation to ensure it meets internal requirements.
Conduct verifications on supporting platforms. (ESC, Corporate Registry, Perfect Audit, Salesforce)
Validate and enter all pertinent information on the submission to ensure proper visibility for the credit department.
Assist in fraud prevention within submissions by correlating documentation.
Determine documentation that causes friction with customers and make suggestions on how to improve.
Sales Support :
Act as a liaison between sales and the credit department regarding SLA’s and initial decisions.
Support Account Executives to complete the files
Effectively de-escalate complaints from internal sales representatives with professionalism and integrity.
Work independently within a team to ensure service levels are continuously being met.
Follow up with internal departments on funding status and deadlines.
Provide training to sales team to help improve the accurate completion of documentation.
Manage questions and concerns about the application process to assist the reps in finalizing the process.
Auditing & Funding:
Complete funding package with accuracy to facilitate the correct transfer of information to accounting Department.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures tied to the individual loan
Answer any and all questions or concerns from the reps with regards to their individual files.
- Validate all documentation & register the necessary that is required to ensure accuracy of the transaction
