Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a busser. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly(if needed)
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized and presentable
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- clean and sanitize tables and chairs and prepare for next guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service not required but an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in busy environments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
- MUST be available on weekends
