We are seeking a Part-Time Kennel Attendant to join our team at a luxury pet retreat focused on exceptional animal care, enrichment, and safety.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and enjoys hands-on work with dogs in a structured, supportive setting.
Responsibilities:
- Daily care of dogs, including feeding, cleaning, and kennel maintenance
- Safe handling and support during enrichment and exercise routines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and low-stress environment
- Monitoring dog health and behaviour and communicating concerns to management
- Supporting daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Genuine love for dogs and animal welfare
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with physical work (cleaning, lifting, standing for extended periods)
- Must be available for scheduled weekend shifts (some weekends off available)
- Animal care experience is an asset, training provided
