Bathroom Attendant / Guest Services Attendant -- Hiring Immediately
We are looking for friendly, attentive, and personable Bathroom Attendants / Guest Services Attendants to join our team.
As a Bathroom Attendant, you will help maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests while providing an elevated level of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the washroom facilities throughout service
- Restock venue-supplied washroom essentials as needed
- Ensure the space remains clean and presentable during busy periods
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide a welcoming and attentive guest experience
- Communicate any maintenance or operational issues to management
- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the venue as needed
Guest Amenity Program
Bathroom Attendants are responsible for supplying and maintaining their own guest amenity items offered to patrons, including products such as:
- Mints and gum
- Perfume/cologne
- Deodorant
- Hair products
- Feminine hygiene products
- Other convenience and personal care items
These optional amenities are offered at the attendant's discretion and are an opportunity to earn additional tips from guests.
Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented
- Professional, polished, and well-presented
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Compensation
$17.60/hour + Tips
Tips earned from guests are 100% retained by the Bathroom Attendant and are paid in addition to the hourly wage.
Flexible shifts available. Evening and weekend availability is required.
