About the Role
Are you a master communicator who thrives on making a stellar first impression? Edgar HighSpeed is looking for a dynamic Client Onboarding & Migration Specialist to join our team for a 3-month contract.
In this role, you will be the welcoming voice of our company, guiding new clients through their transition to Edgar HighSpeed. Your primary mission will be to answer incoming calls, manage account migrations from previous providers, and ensure a seamless, stress-free onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the First Line of Support: Receive and manage incoming calls from new clients with an enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
- Manage Account Migrations: Walk clients step-by-step through transitioning their services from their previous provider to Edgar HighSpeed.
- Accurate Data Entry: Input and update client information, contract details, and system preferences swiftly and accurately.
- Stay Organized: Manage a high volume of client accounts and follow up on pending migrations without letting details slip through the cracks.

- Superb Organizational Skills: You can multi-task, prioritize high-volume tasks, and keep client data meticulously organized.
- Data Entry Proficiency: Fast and highly accurate typing skills are a must.
- Punctuality & Reliability: You take pride in being on time and ready to go at the start of your shift.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable, consistent way to commute to our office daily.
