Job Summary
Total Maintenance Solution is looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Admin to support daily office operations. This is an in-office position only; virtual or hybrid work is not available at this time.
Location: Woodstock, ON
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with days and hours flexible based on business needs
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general office administration.
- Prepare, organize, and update documents and records.
- Support scheduling, communication, and day-to-day office tasks.
- Provide general assistance to help keep the office running smoothly.
- Coordinate fuel ordering and supply management for the shop and company vehicles.
- Monitor inventory levels for operational supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Assist with fleet maintenance, repairs, and service scheduling.
- Maintain organized filing systems for operational records and company documents.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for operations, staffing, and client services.
- Support ownership and management with operational planning and business development initiatives.
- Assist in developing and improving company procedures, systems, and workflows.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required or assign.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Comfortable using email, basic computer programs, and office systems.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous office or administrative experience is an asset.
