Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, motivated and energetic Short Term Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals with precision and care, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure safety compliance
- Support the kitchen team in food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure proper food handling practices
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely food service during busy periods
- Ensure all meals are prepared efficiently while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
