Spokes Bicycle Rentals is the largest bike rental shop in Canada and has been around since 1938. We enhance the outdoor experience that is Stanley Park and Vancouver by bicycle through our commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a junior bike mechanic who will join to receive extensive on the job training. At a minimum we are looking for someone who is passionate about bikes, is keen to learn, and has a very good over-all mechanical problem solving mind.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
You will need:
- A passion for bikes and a readiness to learn fast
- Demonstrated history of solving mechanical problems
- Systematic thinking, including being proactively organized and tidy
- Experience using hand tools of all kinds
- Hobby level bike mechanic experience an asset
- General knowledge of Stanley Park and the surrounding area
- A good sense of humor
- To be fit enough to lift bikes of various styles up and down and sometimes over your head
- To be willing to lend a hand, if needed, wherever needed
We all chip in outside from time to time and dealing with people is part of that. We don't have room for ego here. We only have room for teamwork.

Pay: $18.25-$19.75 per hour
