Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Job Requirements:
Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, capable of completing tasks independently.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English; Mandarin is an asset.
Legal Status: Must provide a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and identification documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including file management, data entry, and report preparation.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate internal communication and support the administrative needs of various departments.
- Maintain company records and files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
