We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary MVA rehabilitation clinic. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, utilizing their expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal injuries related to motor vehicle accidents.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on pain management, functional restoration, and rehabilitation
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies to relieve pain and improve mobility
- Provide care for patients with MVA-related injuries, including whiplash, back pain, joint injuries, and soft tissue conditions
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercises, stretching, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and reassessments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary setting, including physiotherapists, massage therapists, psychologists, and medical doctors
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Stay current with chiropractic techniques, rehabilitation protocols, and industry best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Experience in MVA rehabilitation and insurance-based treatment plans is considered a strong asset
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation, and pain management
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
- Experience with HCAI documentation and OCF forms is an asset
