Job Summary
We are seeking vigilant and dependable Security Personnel to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, monitoring, and response. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various security situations professionally. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is a plus, along with familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV cameras and other security equipment to identify suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including alarms or disturbances.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure safety of staff and visitors.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential security breaches or thefts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct security checks at entry and exit points, verifying credentials as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention is preferred.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance technology.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately.
- Physical fitness to patrol premises and respond quickly when required.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required training certifications.
Pay: $17.60-$23.30 per hour
