Vintage Conservatory is seeking a disciplined and professional Chef de Partie / Line Cook to join our culinary team.
This is a kitchen focused on craft, consistency, and hospitality. We are building a brigade that takes pride in technique, organization, and producing food at a high standard every day.
We are looking for cooks who want to develop their craft and operate in a serious kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Executing dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times
- Managing mise en place to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Communicating effectively with chefs and team members during service
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards
- Receiving, organizing, and properly storing deliveries
- Assisting with production and prep for events and à la carte service
- Supporting team members to ensure the kitchen operates as a cohesive unit
- Contributing to staff meal preparation
- Maintaining proper labeling, rotation, and storage of all products
