Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing guests with a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining pristine environments. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels to ensure guest comfort
- Wash linens from previous guests.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials as needed
- Remove trash and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly
- Follow specific cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition for optimal use
- Adhere to check-in/check-out schedules to prepare properties efficiently for incoming guests
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple properties efficiently
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to various locations
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
- Ability to follow health guidelines and safety procedures diligently
