Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across different projects, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Operate simple tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Transport materials within the worksite efficiently and safely
- Help with assembly, disassembly, or setup of equipment or structures
- Grass cutting and weed eating
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe workplace
- Nice-to-have: prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields; valid driver’s license is a plus
