Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Support representative to join our team. In this role you will provide support to our sales team with an eye on the end-to-end needs of the entire sales process. You will interact daily with our respected suppliers, skillful engineers and sales team.
Exceptional people skills, accountability and a healthy respect for deadlines are all valuable assets.
No previous experience in Audio Visual or Technology environments is considered is required.

Responsibilities
- Work with Sales team to ensure quotes and orders are entered properly into our D-Tools software package.
- Ensure that technical content and pricing are accurate.
- Be comfortable knowing you play a pivotal role in our day to day operational hub.
Requirements
- Familiarity with how project management software functions is a plus.
- An understanding of technology is an asset.
- Previous work in a small business environment is beneficial.
