As a Customer Service Representative (Inbound), you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Pay Range: $17-19.50
Shift: Full time (some shifts may depend on availability)

- Assist customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer inquiries by actively listening and offering effective solutions.
- Create positive and memorable experiences during every customer interaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services to support customer needs.
- Support the team by adhering to scheduled shifts and demonstrating punctuality and professionalism.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work consistently on time and be prepared for scheduled shifts.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Winnipeg campus.
