Overview

Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately.
- Process payments using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support restaurant operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset.

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
