Overview
We are seeking reliable Independent Cleaning Contractors to provide cleaning services for seasonal rental cottages at Sherkston Shores.
Contractors will provide cleaning services on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This is a seasonal contract opportunity and is not an employment position.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough turnover cleaning of rental cottages between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, floors, fixtures, appliances, and high-touch areas to company standards.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean bathrooms and kitchens.
- Inspect cottages upon completion and report any damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items.
- Follow safe cleaning practices and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
- Ensure each cottage is clean, presentable, and guest-ready before departure.
- Coordinate with property management regarding cleaning schedules and any special requests.
Contractor Requirements
- Previous experience in residential, vacation rental, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and fast
- Must have own vehicle
Contract Details
- Seasonal independent contractor position
- Schedule: Mondays and Fridays, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Work is scheduled based on guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Compensation is provided on a contract basis. This position does not include employee benefits, vacation pay.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
