What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating paving and asphalt equipment
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime in various locations.
- Have a valid driver's license to travel to and from the work site (as well as operate company vehicles)
- Assisting with grading, prep, and compaction
- Working alongside crew members to complete residential, commercial, and municipal paving projects
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Delivering high-quality workmanship on every project
Experience
- Proven experience in asphalt paving, construction, or related heavy civil projects
- Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment including loaders, excavators, and pavers
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Experience with commercial driving is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior work involving paving projects on roads, parking lots, or similar infrastructure is highly desirable
Candidates should be skilled in working within a team environment, committed to safety standards, and capable of handling physically demanding tasks associated with asphalt paving projects.
Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
