Building Communities. Shaping Futures. Since 1977.
At Geranium, we’ve spent nearly 50 years building thoughtfully planned communities across Ontario – delivering quality, consistency, and long-term value through our integrated approach.
Today, we offer that same expertise more broadly. Our trusted capabilities in planning, financial governance, development, and construction management are now available as standalone services to a wider network of partners – guided by our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, Drive, and Excellence.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Construction ERP Specialist to play a critical role in managing project and financial data across our ERP and construction management systems.

You’ll act as a key point of coordination across Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management – helping ensure the integrity of the data that drives our projects and decisions.
If you’re detail-driven, process-oriented, and take ownership of getting the numbers and systems right, this is a role where your impact will be felt across the organization.

- Maintain trade and supplier contracts within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, scope, and cost codes
- Track contract values, revisions, and change orders while maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation
- Create and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and contract terms
- Monitor open purchase orders and coordinate with Project Management and Site teams to reconcile and close out items
- Input, maintain, and audit project, financial, and operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Support cost tracking and forecasting through commitments, cost-to-complete inputs, and variance tracking
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in project and financial data
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of ERP processes, standards, and workflows
- Serve as a key internal partner across Construction, Finance, and Project Management
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a construction environment
- Post-secondary education in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, procurement, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Strong attention to detail, combined with proven analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and MS Project
- Experience reviewing drawings using Bluebeam and/or AutoCAD
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and accountable approach
- Valid G Class Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
