Peaks Family Dentistry will be the newest dental clinic in Collingwood, busy from day one! We are a brand-new, modern dental clinic with state-of-the-art equipment, a busy schedule, and a welcoming, team-focused culture. We’re passionate about providing excellent patient care and maintaining a positive, supportive workplace.
As owners, we truly care about our team, their development, and making sure Peaks is an enjoyable place to come to work every day. We are a private family owned clinic - no production pressure, budgets, etc. You'll be working with top of the line equipment - all brand new. We have a beautiful new large staff room, kitchen, and private washroom for our team with amazing views of Georgian Bay!

About the Role
The Sterilization Technician & Floater is a vital part of our daily operations. This role focuses on infection control and instrument processing while also assisting throughout the clinic to help keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
→ Instrument cleaning, sterilization, and organization
→ Maintaining sterilization records and infection control standards
→ Turning over treatment rooms efficiently
→ Floating between clinical areas to support the team as needed
→ Stocking and organizing supplies
→ Supporting overall clinic flow
Work Schedule
→ Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
→ Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
→ Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Perks
→ $23–$32 per hour, based on experience
→ Monthly bonus available

→ FIGS scrubs provided
→ Paid Continuing Education (CE) available upon approval

→ Previous dental or healthcare experience is an asset (not required)
