Job Details:
Position Title: Transportation and Parking Coordinator
Status: Regular Part-Time
Hours: 24 hours per week
Faculty/Department: Capital Development and Facilities Management
Campus/Location: North Campus; In-Person
Salary: PT Support Payband 6 (Start $27.98 – $30.21)
About the Capital Development and Facilities Management Department at Humber:
Capital Development & Facilities Management is responsible for new construction and renovation projects and provides project design, planning and space allocation services to improve and expand Humber's campus environment. We maintain all college buildings and grounds to provide a safe, clean, healthy and well-maintained campus environment that supports well-being and promotes excellence in teaching and learning at Humber. We also lead the college’s sustainability programs through the Office of Sustainability.
About the Role:
Maintain a customer service oriented parking program by assisting the Parking Manager and Parking Coordinator in providing helpful information to the Humber Community, positive enforcement of rules & regulations, and maintaining, categorizing and updating the parking permit online purchase system and parker database.
Other responsibilities include maintaining and updating parking access holder database within the college Access Manager system, as well as generating applicable revenue reports from the daily/visitor revenue parking software applications used to operate the pay on exit parking revenue control equipment.

Education
1 Year Certificate or equivalent in accounting, auditing, marketing, or public administration.
Experience/Skills
Minimum 2 Years experience in dealing with security/parking/traffic/transit management in a large operation/facility required.
