Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Qualifications
- Food preparation experience
- Cooking skills
- Food service background
- Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- Previous restaurant and kitchen experience an assset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food industry environment
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques
- Certification in food safety & food handlers certificates are a must and will be asked upon hiring.
