Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely preparation of dishes for service
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of shortages or expired items
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: $16.13-$22.94 per hour
