OVERVIEW
We're a takeout-only quick service burrito shop with a small, focused menu — just 5 items. All orders come in through delivery apps, our website, or our self-ordering kiosk, so there's no cashier work — your job is to make the food and get it out fast and correct. It's a busy kitchen that runs with 1–3 people per shift, so we need someone who moves quickly, works clean, and follows our SOPs without being reminded.
DUTIES
- Assembling and packing orders accurately
- Handing off orders to customers and delivery drivers
- Basic prep: portioning beef and chicken, cutting beef into chunks, shredding meats, cooling down product
- Keeping the station and kitchen clean throughout the shift
- Full closing clean
- Following SOPs and food safety standards consistently
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Previous food service experience, preferably at McDonald's, Wendy's, Chipotle, or a similar fast-casual restaurant
- Able to work quickly and stay organized during rush periods
- Comfortable working independently or in a small team of 1–3
- Punctual, reliable, and clean in your work habits
- Full time, up to 40 hours per week
- Full availability including evenings and weekends; some shifts end at 1:30 a.m.
PAY
$20.00 per hour, plus tips — typically an extra $2–3 per hour.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
