Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities
- Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure products are well-organized and appealing
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to meet store goals and customer needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide engaging product demos
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Prior experience with merchandising, technology sales, or product demonstrations is advantageous
