Kelly Ford has moved into their Brand New Building and has an opportunity for a talented Journeyman Automotive Technician to join our Service team.

This Technician will need to be a team player with a focus on efficiency, will have strong quality of workmanship, good attention to detail, be a quick learner and have the ability to adapt and assist in multiple tasks with a strong commitment to customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in repairing Ford models.
Ford specialty training is a benefit and Kelly Ford pays extra for each specialty the technician has.
Duties and Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Recommend repairs as required, warranty repairs as per Ford specifications
- Perform accurate and complete vehicle inspections, diagnostics, estimates and repairs.
- Complete and review repair orders and vehicle inspection reports with Service Advisors and explain any additional work required to customers for safety or preventative purposes
- Road test vehicle after repairs are complete to ensure repairs are done properly.
- Provides quality workmanship to meet or exceed industry standards and performs tasks in compliance with industry flat rate time allowances.
- Performs daily bay inspections in order to ensure shop neatness/cleanliness.
- Remains current with up-to-date knowledge of the operation, maintenance and repairs
A valid driver’s license and a current and clean driver’s abstract is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.50-$35.00 per hour
