Chocolats Favoris Kelowna is looking for a hospitality superstar! We are hiring a dynamic, Chocolate Shop Team Lead that thrive in working in a fast pace and constantly evolving environment to deliver stellar customer experiences based on the company standards. We are after someone adaptable, coachable and positive.
As a Team Lead, you will:
- Lead by example and create a positive, motivating impact on the team
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and product care (including cleaning and maintaining the ice cream machines)
- Be responsible for opening and closing procedures
- Act as a trusted key holder and support daily store operations
- Ensure service quality and brand standards are consistently upheld
Other Responsibilities & General Skills
- Strong hospitality customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work well in a team environment and have a positive impact
- Be responsible for maintaining the company’s renowned "Magical Experience" in store
- Ensure that company standards, with respect to quality, hygiene, maintenance and health and safety, are understood and adhered to
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Showing versatility and adapting well in a fast pace work rhythm with constant evolving moving pieces.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize & manage tasks efficiently during busy periods

Schedule
~25 - 35 hours a week
Must be available for closing shifts (10:30pm/11pm)
Must be available weekends
