Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blueprint reading, , siding, carpentry, and the operation of power tools. This role involves performing a variety of construction tasks, including woodworking, and restoration work. The <PERSON> will play a vital part in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on diverse projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately
- Construct and install concrete forms, perform concrete finishing tasks, and handle restoration projects
- Install siding, perform carpentry tasks, and utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, excavation, or material transport
- Assist with the setup and teardown of job sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently within deadlines Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in siding installation, carpentry, welding, and concrete finishing
- Ability to power tools safely and effectively
- Strong knowledge of schematics and technical drawings
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments
- Experience with restoration projects preferred
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Valid certification or licensing related to heavy equipment operation or welding is a plus
