Compugen is seeking a Senior Manager, Integration Services to lead a core function within the Lifecycle Services organization. This role is accountable for the integration, configuration, reuse, and asset lifecycle management of technology products delivered through Compugen’s production and services model.
This function is delivered through Integration Centers in Richmond Hill, Calgary, and Montreal, which serve as hubs for product configuration, integration, asset processing, and lifecycle services.
The role oversees how technology assets—including end-user devices, infrastructure components, and other physical IT equipment—are configured to customer-specific requirements, integrated into client environments, and managed throughout their lifecycle from initial setup through reuse or disposition.
A key focus is ensuring lifecycle services such as device and hardware configuration (e.g., Intune provisioning, SCCM, ABM), asset tagging, and environment integration are delivered in a standardized, scalable, and high-quality manner that supports both end-user experience and operational efficiency.
This leader will also drive strategy and execution for reverse logistics and reuse, including intake, secure data erasure, refurbishment, redeployment, and disposition, ensuring compliance, value recovery, and alignment with customer requirements.
Work location on-site at Richmond Hill office.
Travel required to customer sites.
Lead configuration and integration of end-user devices, infrastructure hardware, and customer-specific solutions through Integration Centers. Oversee imaging, Intune provisioning, asset tagging, staging, and hardware setup aligned with customer requirements. Ensure all solutions are production-ready and meet operational and customer standards.
End-User & Service
Experience Design and improve lifecycle services to enhance end-user experience, usability, and solution adoption. Align configuration and integration processes with customer and operational needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Asset Lifecycle & ITAD
Own IT asset disposition (ITAD) processes including intake, evaluation, secure data erasure, refurbishment, reuse, and disposal. Ensure compliance with security, environmental, and customer requirements. Manage asset tracking, tagging, reporting, and data accuracy across systems.
Process Optimization
Drive standardization and continuous improvement across configuration, integration, reuse, and asset management workflows. Improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times through scalable processes.
Multi-Site Operations
Provide operational leadership across Integration Centers in Richmond Hill, Calgary, and Montreal.
Ensure consistency in service delivery, process execution, and quality standards across all sites.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on lifecycle services and integration operations.
Partner with sales, service delivery, and technical teams to align lifecycle services with business and customer needs.
- 8+ years of experience operating within a production or IT distribution center environment, with a proven ability to optimize processes and scale service delivery operations.

8+ years of experience in lifecycle services, device deployment, integration, or managed services environments (a strong asset).

3+ years of leadership experience managing technical or operational teams.

Strong experience with device configuration and deployment tools such as Microsoft Intune.

Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management, device provisioning, and ITAD (reuse/disposition) processes.

Experience operating within a production or distribution center environment is a strong asset.

Proven ability to optimize processes and scale service delivery operations.
