Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical aesthetic sales with a minimum of 2 years experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various sales tools, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Multilingual abilities and experience with product demos, upselling, and knowledge in the field of medical aesthetics and wellbeing services are highly valued. The Senior Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, customer engagement, and comprehensive product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize social media, and merchandising techniques to enhance customer experience and streamline sales processes.
- Engage in high-end sales activities, including negotiation and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage customer relations by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Perform inside sales activities such as cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to target markets.
- Assist customers with product/service selection
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering or cash handling procedures.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels for effective account management.
- Support merchandising efforts by ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales within retail, medical aesthetics , wellbeing clinics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling and closing high-end sales deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.
- Background in customer service, account management, and product demos enhances effectiveness in this role.
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics and wellbeing processes is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
