Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable In-Suite Coordinator to oversee and support in-suite renovation projects. The ideal candidate has strong communication and time management skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing project progress, conducting quality control inspections, communicating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring renovation projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee in-suite renovation projects from start to finish
- Schedule contractors, inspections, deliveries, and project timelines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, tenants, and team members professionally
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or deficiencies
- Coordinate materials, supplies, and deliveries for renovation projects
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports using company systems
- Assist with invoice tracking, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Resolve issues and support problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and properly documented
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, VendorCafe, QuickBooks, and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Previous coordination, administrative, property management, or renovation experience is an asset but not required
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
