We are looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in their work, understands how to run a project properly, and can contribute to a professional, process-driven renovation team.
We want someone who:
- Has 5–10+ years of residential renovation and carpentry experience
- Can confidently manage day-to-day site progress
- Understands sequencing, planning, and problem solving
- Communicates professionally with clients and team members
- Takes pride in their work and job site
- Values craftsmanship
What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential renovations including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and custom projects
- ICF foundations, Framing, finishing, installations, trim work, siding, and general carpentry
- Reading plans and executing work accurately
- Coordinating workflow and helping keep projects organized and moving efficiently
- Problem solving on site and finding solutions when challenges arise
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Working closely with homeowners, trades, and team members respectfully and professionally
Requirements
- 5–10+ years carpentry/renovation experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices
- Ability to work independently without needing to be babysat
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable leading portions of projects and taking initiative
- Ability to maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism
