We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Answer calls and book appointments
- Coordinate with practitioners on room assignments
- Process payments (cash, debit, credit)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk
- Handle laundry (linens, towels) and restock rooms
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or receptionist experience is an asset
