Must be a CMRAO General Licensee.
We are currently seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our expanding team for a Site in Downtown Toronto . This is a full time on-site role
Duties include but are not limited too:
- On-site hours
- Hiring and facilitating Vendors
- Working with Board of Directors
- Handling of resident issues
- Facilitate and enforce internal controls and procedures
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the Condominium
- Conduct Board Meetings and Chair AGMs
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have the following :
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Condominium Manager
- CMRAO Licence
- Self-motivated and can work with little supervision
- Strong organization & prioritization skills
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Experience in supervising employees
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Very good written and verbal English language skills
