Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter and Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction, carpentry, and concrete finishing, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Depending on experience , we are also looking for a team leader/forman, who posseses the abilty to take on small jobs with minimal supervision.
Duties
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and trowels to achieve smooth, level finishes
- Install rebar and perform concrete forming according to schematics and blueprints
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers and screeds safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Assist with carpentry tasks related to formwork and structural support
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install materials for concrete projects
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards
- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction sites
Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete finishing, rebar installation, or related construction trades
- Mechanical knowledge of concrete equipment and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately (Forman)
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and flooring installation processes
- Experience with framing and renovation projects is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in carpentry is desirable , carpenters not required to do concrete finishing if they prefer not to

Attention Framers - Prepping and running strings is in your wheelhouse and is 80% of what we do , majority of our work is residential, we do not do much new construction, mostly replacements
Pay: $24.50-$49.50 per hour
Experience:
- Concrete finishing and forming: 1 year (preferred)
