We are looking for someone with a proven background in sales and exceptional customer service. While previous travel industry experience is an asset, it is not required. We believe the right attitude, a passion for helping people, and the ability to build relationships are more important.
part time hours- no weekend and we are closed on Fridays.
willing to work with days and hours of work - looking for minimum 2 days a week .
must live in the Kelowna area

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to plan and book vacations, cruises, flights, tours, and travel packages.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Prepare travel documents and process payments.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay current on travel products, promotions, and destinations.
- Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and travel booking programs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training.
- Previous travel industry experience is an asset but is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
