Data Coordinator, Full Time
MacKinnon & Olding has an immediate need for a Data Manager. This position will ensure timely, complete, and auditable project records in accordance with contract and owner requirements. Will include maintaining accurate administrative, timekeeping, and documentation records.
RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will do
- Maintain daily timesheets, human resource logs, and attendance records for project personnel
- Compile and submit daily reports, including labour hours, equipment usage, and work progress summaries
- Ensure labour records and reports meet contract and owner documentation requirements, reducing the risk of non-compliance
- Proactively identify and resolve timekeeping issues before they impact invoicing, cost tracking, or owner review
- Support cost tracking and invoicing by providing verified labour and timekeeping data to project coordinators
QUALIFICATIONS: Your background
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
- Experience in timekeeping or payroll support
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 based quality management systems and OHS systems
- Labour cost allocation and job costing experience
- Training on timekeeping or payroll systems
- Strong communication skills; comfortable coordinating with internal teams and vendors
