Build Something From the Ground Up
Changes On The Fly is expanding, and we're bringing our automotive glass division in-house for the first time.
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Glass Technician who wants more than just another technician role. This is an opportunity to help build a department from the ground up and play a key role in shaping how we deliver automotive glass services across the GTA.

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform windshield replacements and repairs on a wide range of passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks.
- Complete ADAS recalibrations (or coordinate calibrations where required).
- Diagnose leaks and ensure every installation meets the highest quality standards.
- Provide mobile glass service throughout the GTA using a company service vehicle.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every appointment.
Help Build Our Glass Division
As our first dedicated Automotive Glass Technician, you'll also play a significant role in helping establish this new department by:
- Assisting in the design and layout of our mobile glass service vehicle.
- Recommending tools, equipment, and inventory required for efficient field operations.
- Helping develop standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Assisting with training and mentoring future Automotive Glass Technicians as the division grows.
- Providing feedback to improve workflow, quality, and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician is required.
- Strong knowledge of windshield replacement and repair procedures.
- Experience with modern vehicle systems and ADAS considerations.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A team-first attitude and desire to help build a growing business.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $23-30 (based on experience) plus performance bonuses.
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
