We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical sales support
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during shifts
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist in inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage diverse customer demographics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and POS transactions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and POS systems
- Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store needs and customer demands
Pay: $20.00 per hour
